She is skilled at translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and enjoys designing declarative automations to reduce manual work and improve users’ lives.

Justin is a senior Salesforce consultant and architect, with deep roots in nonprofit leadership. In addition to being an all-around Salesforce expert and skilled project manager, Justin is a preeminent expert in Salesforce-based Grant Management Systems, having led Salesforce implementations for some of the most recognized grantmaking foundations in the United States and Canada.

Sandy has worked in the nonprofit Salesforce ecosystem since 2013, holding positions as a senior Salesforce administrator in organizations including Oxfam Canada and Mental Health Commission of Canada. Sandy excels at finding user-centered, declarative solutions to complex business scenarios, and holds certifications as an Administrator, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder.

Korin has 12 years experience in CRM administration for nonprofits in areas ranging from fundraising campaigns to operational and finance support. Korin has specialized in Salesforce administration and development for 10 years, and her experience working first as a nonprofit user and now as a consultant informs her approach to supporting organizations with similar needs.

Rachel has over six years of experience working with nonprofit and grantmaking organizations to implement and optimize Salesforce. With a background in social work and volunteer management, she brings a user-centered approach to every project. She prioritizes intuitive design in order to reduce barriers to accurate data entry. Over the years, she has contributed in a variety of capacities across projects, including business analysis, solution architecture, implementation, and project coordination and leadership.

He has 15 years experience working in social-impact work including The Sabin Vaccine Institute, Engaging Networks, and Equality Arlington.

Eric is Chief Growth Officer at Purple Otter, leading go-to-market strategy, account-based marketing, and partnerships that help mission-driven organizations modernize their data and technology stacks. He has 15 years experience leading at nonprofits and companies including UNHCR, Groundswell Energy, Community Matters, Salsa Labs, La Clinica de la Raza and Engaging Networks.
